By using the SightRun website and the SightRun App, the visitor/user explicitly accepts the conditions of this disclaimer.


Please read these Terms and Conditions of Web and App Use (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the website website or SightRun App operated by Adventure Donkey j.d.o.o. and owned by its co-founders („SightRun“, “us”, “we” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the web and the app is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our website and app. If you disagree with any part of the terms then do not use our website or app.

By using the Site or App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditons of Service („Terms“) that follow and to use the Site and the App in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy and Cookie Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or App or to products and services available through the Site/App or from Company. Accessing the Site or App, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and the App and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.


When visiting the website or App, we collect certain data for statistical purpose. This data will be evaluated anonymously, e.g. in order to improve the use of the website. Should you, even without prior registration, transfer data to us, SIGHTRUN can evaluate this data anonymously for statistical purposes. Some data we collect will be used for promotional purpose.

What personal information do we collect?

We only collect personally identifiable data (such as names, addresses, email addresses, country…) when our clients and visitors have voluntarily submitted it. Visitors of our website may volunteer personal information in the following circumstances: to subscribe to newsletters, enter competitions, request brochures, make general enquiries. We do not collect personal information unless it has been submitted to us.

How do we use your information?

We only use personally identifiable data for the purpose or service that it has been submitted for. We do not reveal any information we collect from you to any external party without your consent. Your personally identifiable information is not publicly accessible and is only accessed by SIGHTRUN when there is reason to do so (i.e. when we need to provide you with the service that you submitted it for).

At any time, you can choose to be removed from our mailing lists. To unsubscribe from an e-newsletter follow the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter.

Social Media

We are active on different social media. If you make use of any SIGHTRUN social media features, either on our website, App or otherwise through a social media provider, we may access information about you via that social media provider in accordance with their policies. When using a social media feature and if you have chosen to include it in your social media account, we may access information you have chosen to make available.

Depending on the privacy settings of you and your friends, we may access information that you provide to a social media provider, such as regarding your respective locations (“Location Data”) to provide you with relevant content or about your use of an App that we run on their website.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all written content on this site is owned by SIGHTRUN and/or our affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site and App are provided solely for your personal noncommercial use. You may not use the Site or App or the materials available on the Site or in the App in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorised by us.

More specifically, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Site or App without prior permission. You may, however, download, print, and/or share one copy of individual pages of the Site for non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may share the link of the specific web page or of the social content but only if you include the link to the social page SIGHTRUN or to the web page.

Limitations on Linking and Framing

You may establish a hypertext link to the site or our social media pages so long as the link does not state or imply any sponsorship of your site by SIGHTRUN. However, you may not, without our prior written permission, frame or inline link any of the content of the SIGHTRUN, or incorporate into another website or other service any of our material, content or intellectual property.

Photographs, Video & Testimonials

By sending us your photos, videos or testimonials you give permission to SIGHTRUN to share it or to use it for promotional and marketing purposes without charge in all media including but not limited to brochures, website and social media channels.

Written feedback supplied to SIGHTRUN may also be used in print and online for marketing and advertising purposes. Additionally for any photographs, video and text sent to SIGHTRUN you state that they are yours and by sending it, you agree that SIGHTRUN can use it for advertising and marketing purposes.

Your License to us

By posting or submitting any material (including, without limitation, comments, blog entries, Facebook postings, other social media posting, photos and videos) to us via the site, internet groups, social media venues, or to any of our staff via email, text or otherwise, you are representing: (i) that you are the owner of the material, or are making your posting or submission with the express consent of the owner of the material; and (ii) that you are eighteen years of age or older. Every effort is made to keep the website and the app up and running smoothly. However, SIGHTRUN takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website or parts of it being temporarily unavailable or restricted in use due to technical issues beyond our control.

SIGHTRUN reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected. All tours, information or offers are not-binding and without obligation. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers, tours and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by the author or SIGHTRUN without separate announcement.

Depending upon your browser or mobile phone the content of our site/app may vary. We accept no liability if you cannot view any part or component of the site or app or cannot access or receive the full use of service. We reserve the right to change any information, functions or features on the site or in the app, temporarily suspend the service either partially or completely for any reason. SIGHTRUN offers registration, newsletter or email subscription services and cookies may be used to remember if you are already registered and whether to show certain notifications which might only be valid to subscribed/unsubscribed users.

The tour starting points are in public places throughout different cities.

USERS are also responsible for their own safety throughout the tour and are expected to exercise due care and attention at all times throughout the run. USERS are solely responsible for using the app.

USERS must use sidewalks and road crossings, and will and must obey all traffic rules and regulations. SIGHTRUN is not liable for any injury, accident or even death caused to a participant during a run/tour.

USERS of the app are responsible for any items they bring with them during their run. SIGHTRUN is not liable for any loss, theft or damage caused to USERS’s belongings before, during or after a run.

USERS are responsible for ensuring they are dressed appropriately for running or fitness walking, including wearing trainers suitable for these activities. USERS are advised to check the weather forecast ahead of the run commencing as they are responsible for dressing appropriately for the climate.

USERS acknowledge that taking part in any activity with the SIGHTRUN app may be physically strenuous. For any activity with SIGHTRUN, USERS have voluntarily enrolled to partake in a run/tour/activity and they waive, release and forever discharge SIGHTRUN from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from participation in run with the app.

USERS accept that taking part in running, jogging or walking or any other activity carries the risk of causing injury, both minor and potentially major or even death, and that they participate at their own risk. SIGHTRUN is not liable for any injury, accident or even death caused to a participant before, during or after a tour.

If you have a known medical condition or feel unwell it is your responsibility when using the SIGHTRUN app. We strongly recommend that you consult your doctor and gain medical approval before commencing any activity, even with SightRun app.

USERS shall be personally responsible for any damage he/she causes while using the SightRun app.

All USERS are expected to show consideration for other people and the laws of the country they are visiting. The USERS shall respect customs, foreign exchange and other regulations of the visited country. In case of the violation of any regulations by the USER while using SightRun app, we shall have no responsibility toward such USER(S).

SIGHTRUN App tours/routes are GPS triggered and are dependent on the quality of GPS on the USER’s mobile phone. Therefore SIGHTRUN doesn’t accept any responsibility and shall not be liable in case the USER gets lost while using the SIGHTRUN app. In such case, the USER can always use gps navigation of their phone to get back on the track.

SIGHTRUN accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure events such as strikes, riots, political unrest, war hostilities, or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, natural or nuclear disaster, unfavourable weather conditions or similar events beyond our control.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with it and read it frequently to keep yourself updated.
